Happiness Course


Mr. Vikash Ojha(Principal of Foundation School) had organised a Happiness course at Foundation School campus between 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM on 31st of March which concluded on 2nd of April. The number of participants in the course was 18. The course was conducted by Mrs Varsha Pandey

On first day our focus was to guide them to improve the quality of life like Better Health, Better Lifestyle, Better Relations, Better You, Eliminate Stress, Tension and Anxiety and fill their life with smile, happiness, Love & peace. Now a day’s people are facing lots of problems on regular basis.
The course achieved its objectives with the help of Yoga and Meditation. The tools used in the course were Sudarashan Kriya, Surya Namaskar, Pranayam etc. Apart from these tools some group activities were performed.
Participants were very happy with the course and they also admitted that they will be following the instructions of the course for the healthy and happy life further.
